Bring your friends and family to the thirteenth annual public holiday open house! Join us for refreshments, cookies and a taste of history and experience the elegance and Christmas splendor of Memorial Continental Hall, a Registered Historic Landmark. Tour our 31 period rooms depicting scenes of early American life and explore the DAR Museum Gallery, featuring the exhibition “Eye on Elegance: Early Quilts of Maryland and Virginia.” Enjoy Christmas music and caroling from area musicians and visit with Santa! Bring new and gently-used children’s books to donate to our book drive benefiting local children.
