Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities is proud to announce the youth selected for our 2013 Life Enrichment Awards Program (LEAP) awards supported by a grant from The HSC Foundation. The LEAP program enriches the lives of youth and young adults with disabilities by making available goods and services that are directly linked to youth transition planning and implementation that are usually not available from public service and government agencies.
Through the HSC Foundation LEAP grant, Quality Trust has made critical tools such as professional clothing, customized computers, support for specialized education and even voice
lessons for youth as they prepare to transition into adult life. Following the awards reception will be an information session Beyond Transitions: Thoughts and Considerations while moving to Adulthood.
