The Department of Housing and Community Development is hosting a series of “Needs Assessment” Hearings, which will help form a basis for developing the District’s draft “Consolidated Plan for the District of Columbia Fiscal Year 2013 Action Plan.”  This hearing will focus on Special Needs Housing.
