The Parkside Civic Association (PCA) is located in the vicinity of Nannie Helen Boroughs Avenue NE, and represents Ward 7 residents located between Jay Street, NE and Foot Street, NE.** The Parkside Civic Association brings representatives of government agencies, community associations and elected officials before members of the community in order to improve their access to local services and institutions in the hopes of creating safer, healthier and more prosperous neighborhoods. Meetings occur once-a-month, on the second Thursday evening, typically at Neval Thomas Elementary School, at 650 Anacostia Avenue, NE, WDC 20019.
