Join us for a DC issues forum on jobs & economy, health, education, governance, and the environment and a Ward 4 & At-Large candidates forum featuring those running for Chair, At-Large member, or Ward 4 member on the Council of the District of Columbia and At-Large member or Ward 4 member of the State Board of Education.  Other DC candidates are invited to participate. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA) is an international service organization that was founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC in 1908. It is the oldest Greek-lettered organization established by African-American college-educated women.  AKA has graduate and undergraduate chapters throughout the United States, and the world, including several in the District of Columbia.  Xi Omega, Xi Zeta Omega, and Rho Mu Omega are the three graduate chapters in DC.
