Purchasing: This course will provide you with a very comprehensive understanding of the purchasing process and will prepare you for the research and scoping involved in making a complete purchase. This course will also address the ethical issues involved in purchasing, with emphasis on recognizing and handling situations in which the integrity of parties involved in the purchase process may come into questions.
Class Sessions will teach how to become Pre-qualified to do business with Clark:
1. Estimating: Learn how to estimate a project, using proven techniques, to help you prepare an estimate, quantify and assess risk
2. Purchasing: Learn how to understand the purchasing process and how to research and scope the your trade.
3. Project Management: Learn how to thoroughly manage a project utilizing the schedule, submittals, RFIs and other Project Management tools.
