The Jackson Art Center, in the historic Jackson School, is located at 3050 R Street, NW, in Georgetown, Washington, DC. It is home to the studios of more than 40 local artists. Used as working art spaces throughout the year, for two days Jackson welcomes the public to its Open Studios in April and November. The Jackson artists view the semi-annual open studios in Spring and Fall as an opportunity to give back to the community it has graciously called home for more than two decades.
