Far Southeast Collaborative 14th Annual Community Conference

The Far Southeast Family Strengthing Community Conference 2013 theme is "Building Healthy Families, Creating Community Connections For Our Future Together." The purpose of this event is to update the community on programs and services in the District of Columbia. The conference will offer a variety of health screenings, information on government programs and services, resources provided by community based organizations, and several worskhops on health, finances, college prep and more. The event is free and will include free food, free child care, giveaways, and live entertainment.
