The 9th edition of the DC Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center November 8-9, 2014. It has become a one stop shop for the food, cooking, and entertaining community. The consumer event features over 300 exhibitors including specialty food companies, restaurateurs, caterers, party planners, personal chefs, kitchen planners and appliance manufacturers.
DC Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show is most noted for featuring top celebrity chefs such as Giada De Laurentiis, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Tyler Florence, The Neelys, and Jacques Pepin. This year’s event has confirmed Food Network stars Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri, as well as a multitude of award winning chefs from the DC metropolitan area. The show will include hands on workshops, cooking theaters, beer wine and spirits tastings, food and wine pairings, children’s cooking events, onsite bookstore, celebrity book signings, as well as a Grand Tasting highlighting local restaurants and chefs.
