In celebration of Black History Month, please join the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and the Washington Bar Association for the panel: “Knowledge Is Power: The Road to the Election of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia—and Beyond.” This event will feature eight previous Attorneys General since 1983 and will be moderated by William R. (Billy) Martin. Join us for a great discussion on the role of the OAG from Home Rule Charter to now, its role in seeking statehood, and significant issues raised in previous terms.
