The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold an Education Series session on Rent Control on Tuesday, February 21 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at DHCD, located at 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue SE, in the First Floor Conference Room.
This seminar will provide tenants, landlords, realtors and others with information about rent control in the District, including the registration process, rent adjustment procedures and more. Please RSVP by Friday, February 20, 2012 by calling (202) 442-7251 or by emailing [email protected].
The meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2012, but was moved to February 21, 2012 because of the Mayor’s State of the District Address.
